The firm represents sophisticated clients in complex patent disputes across a range of highly technical industries and offers associates the opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on high value, high profile matters.

Must Haves
- 3+ years of experience litigating patent disputes
- Strong experience in complex patent litigation matters
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience working with sophisticated corporate clients
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the NY state bar
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, software, or other technically complex patent disputes
- Experience with PTAB/IPR proceedings
- Experience with Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation
- Experience taking or defending depositions, arguing motions, and handling substantive litigation responsibilities
- $260,000-$420,000 base salary, depending on qualifications and experience
