Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of IP litigation, including pre‑filing investigations, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Work closely with clients, experts, and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Manage case files and support a variety of litigation matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of IP litigation or general litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
