Job Description

  • Work on cutting-edge tech patent litigation.
  • Direct exposure to top-tier global tech clients.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies for patent disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex patent and intellectual property issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and updates on case progress.
  • Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and co-counsel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents and patent law developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • A license to practice law in California.
  • Experience in patent litigation, including familiarity with patent law and litigation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing cases.
