Job Description
- Work on cutting-edge tech patent litigation.
- Direct exposure to top-tier global tech clients.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies for patent disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex patent and intellectual property issues.
- Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and updates on case progress.
- Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
- Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and co-counsel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents and patent law developments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- A license to practice law in California.
- Experience in patent litigation, including familiarity with patent law and litigation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing cases.
