Job Description

Job Summary

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have two to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. USPTO registration is a plus but not required, while Dallas is the preferred location for this position, but we can consider candidates within our other office locations. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.

Required Skills

  • You have 2–5 years of experience as a patent litigator at a law firm.
  • You have extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings.
  • USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
  • You possess strong litigation skills and the ability to effectively represent clients in intellectual property matters.
  • You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Texas)
