Patent Litigation Associate

Jones Day has an immediate opening in our New York office for an intellectual property litigation associate with 3 - 6 years of experience in patent litigation.

All technical disciplines will be considered, but a technical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmaceutics) or significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn underlying pharmaceutical and/or biologic related subject matter is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be admitted to a State Bar (New York preferred). Additionally, candidates must have superior written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable working in a team atmosphere and have excellent academic credentials.

The salary range for this role is $260,000 - $495,000.

Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
