Patent Litigation Associate (Junior–Midlevel)

Fenwick & West seeks junior and mid-level associates for our patent litigation practices in New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices. Ideal candidates will have 1–6 years of patent litigation experience and superior academic credentials.

While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences are preferred, they are not required; candidates from diverse fields may apply. You must be barred in the state of the office you apply for.
