Patent Litigation Associate
An established firm based in Westfield, New Jersey with over 95 years in practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team. This role involves hands-on work in patent litigation, federal district court matters, and PTAB proceedings, supporting sophisticated intellectual property disputes across a range of technologies.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience handling patent litigation matters in federal court
- Strong academic credentials and law firm training
- Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex litigation
- Technical background or prior exposure to IP-intensive technologies
- Active admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility to waive in
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery in patent litigation matters
- Assisting with case strategy, legal research, and claim analysis
- Participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborating with partners and senior associates on complex IP disputes
- Managing case responsibilities efficiently while meeting litigation deadlines
