Patent Licensing & Transactions Attorney (Computer Science / Electrical Engineering) (On-Site / Full-Time)Latitude is seeking a Patent Licensing & Transactions Attorney for a permanent placement opportunity with a well-established and growing Southern California intellectual property boutique. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys combining sophisticated intellectual property strategy with business development, licensing negotiations, and high-value commercial transactions.The successful attorney will play a central role in managing and expanding patent licensing programs for innovative technology companies and leading research universities. Working directly with prospective licensees, clients, and technical professionals, this attorney will help develop licensing strategy, prepare evidence of use analyses, negotiate licensing agreements, and drive complex intellectual property transactions from initial evaluation through successful resolution. This is a highly visible position offering significant client interaction, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape and grow an expanding patent licensing practice. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
