Duties

• Evaluate the viability of patent requests
• Complete and file patent applications
• Maintain knowledge of scientific, technological, and legal developments

Education

Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, or a related scientific field.

Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a science‑related field required.

Certifications

• Successfully passed the Patent Bar Exam required
• Registration to Practice before the USPTO is required
