Responsibilities
Attorney should have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and an advanced degree in biology, chemistry or related discipline. Candidates will work with the U.S. and foreign patent office practice. Responsibilities include: opinion work, due diligence, licensing, litigation support, and counseling to manage patent portfolios on a variety of life sciences projects. Candidates may be located and licensed in NY, DC, PA. MA. CA.
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials.
Advanced degree in life sciences.
Must be admitted to the USPTO.
