Duties

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently.
Education
- Juris Doctor, higher degree, or equivalent in Law.
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Certifications
- U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
