Duties
- Provide legal counsel on patent-related matters in the biotech field.
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
- Draft and prosecute patent applications.
- Collaborate with clients to develop intellectual property strategies.
Requirements
- Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
- At least two years of laboratory research experience.
- Remote candidates with at least four years of experience will be considered.
Education
- Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, and/or doctorate degree in immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar fields.
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
