The Role

• Manage and execute an immediate patent prosecution docket covering high-impact innovations (materials, tech, or biotech).
• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO for a sophisticated client base.
• Work alongside a dynamic team in a hybrid setup (Mon–Wed in-office) featuring riverfront office views and free parking.

The Requirements

• Active USPTO registration as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent/Practitioner.
• 1+ years of hands-on patent drafting and prosecution experience (ready to manage a docket day one).
• Relevant degree in Chemistry/ChemE, Mechanical/Electrical/Software Engineering, or Biotech/Biochem.
• Active VA Bar license or eligibility to waive in (required for Attorney roles only).
