Position Overview

Patent Associate Attorney/Agent or Technical Advisor with at least 2 years of experience in patent prosecution and counseling. Candidate will work with attorneys and clients on patentability searches, opinions, patent portfolio management, freedom‑to‑operate, invalidity analyses, pending claims review (PGR), and IP due diligence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • USPTO registration and/or State Bar membership.
  • Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field (preferred).

Employment Type
