Patent Attorney/Agent – Mechanical/Electrical

Seeking a full-time Patent Attorney or Agent with a background in Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering. This position involves all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, with opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patent applications.
• Analyze Office Actions and prepare strategies for response.
• Ensure accurate billing, file maintenance, and docket management.
• Work closely with other attorneys and technical staff on a variety of matters in chemical fields.

Requirements

• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Degree in Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering.

• Technically proficient with the ability to learn quickly.
• Motivated, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
