- Meet a billable hour requirement of 1650 per year.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Experience managing patent prosecution docket.
- Ability to collaborate with legal teams and clients.
- Law firm or in-house IP experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Certifications
- U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
