Job Description
Patent Agent to provide patent prosecution in software, AI and electronics Candidates should have a degree (advanced degree preferred)in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required. Industry work experience is a plus.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar field.
At least 1+ years of experience in a firm or industry setting.
Experience with software, AI/ML, semiconductors, telecommunications, networking, computer architecture, or related technologies.
Registered USPTO.
Experience with due diligence, opinions, freedom-to-operate, licensing, and counseling.
Excellent oral and written communications siills.
