Duties

Requirements
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.
- One or more years of recent patent prosecution experience in biotechnology.
- Strong academic credentials.
Education
- Advanced degree (Ph.D.) preferred in fields such as genetics, immunology, or molecular biology.
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school (for attorney).
Certifications
- Admission to at least one state bar (for attorney).
