Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial pasta extruder
- Produce handmade pasta
- Ability to keep a well organized station and work clean and tight
- Able to lift 50-100lbs
- Perform duties in accordance with California Health and Safety Standards
Skills / Experience / Certification:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a fine dining or high volume kitchen environment preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper food handling and a California Food Handler’s (SERVSAFE) Card

Compensation Details
- Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
