We're on a mission to deliver unforgettable party experiences, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Party Planner to join our team.As a Party Planner, you'll coordinate and host birthday parties and group events from start to finish. You'll ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, especially children, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and host birthday parties and special eventsAnswer phone calls, voicemail messages, and emails in a timely and professional mannerRespond to party inquiries in a timely mannerCommunicate with guests before, during, and after partiesCoordinate party schedules and assist with setup and cleanupEnsure all party needs (decorations, food, supplies) are ready and in placeGreet and guide party guests throughout their experienceWork closely with party hosts and other team membersHandle last-minute changes or challenges with a positive attitudeMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming party environmentProvide tours of the facility when neededQualifications:Experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality preferredMust have excellent phone skillsComfortable working with kids and parentsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, with strong attention to detailPositive, energetic, and team-oriented attitudeMust be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbsWeekend and holiday availability requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payFun and active work environmentFree jump time + employee discountsTraining and advancement opportunitiesApply now through Indeed or drop off your resume at Thrillz Adventure Park
