Parttime Receptionist

This is a fully onsite, contract role located in West Chicago, Illinois.

Schedule: Fully Onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-1pm

Duration : Through the end of 2026, with potential for extension

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Our client, a window manufacturer in West Chicago, is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to add to their team!

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Keep reception area tidy, greeting visitors as they arrive.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, routing to team members where appropriate.
• Responding via phone and email to customer inquiries surrounding pricing, delivery timeframes, and other general questions.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales, Service, and Accounting Teams when needed.

Part Time Receptionist Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of Reception, Office Coordination, or Administrative experience required.
• Computer Literacy, including Microsoft Office, required.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills required.
