About the Role:

Out of Court Solutions Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-time Divorce Mediator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a rewarding opportunity to help families navigate life transitions with dignity and resolution — outside the courtroom. Responsibilities:

Facilitate neutral, structured mediation sessions between divorcing parties

Guide clients through negotiation of asset division, allocation of debts, and any child custody, spousal support, and parenting issues

Draft and prepare mediation agreements and settlement documents

Maintain detailed case notes and confidential client records

Educate parties on the mediation process, legal options, and dispute resolution strategies

Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in divorce, family, or civil mediation strongly preferred

Formal mediation training or certification (e.g., Arizona Supreme Court certified mediator)

Background in family law, social work, psychological counseling, or a related field is a plus

Exceptional active listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to remain neutral, empathetic, and composed in high-emotion situations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation

Familiarity with Arizona family law statutes and divorce proceedings preferred
