At Peace Care is a growing ABA agency committed to providing compassionate, high-quality, and culturally responsive services to children and families across New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our clinical team.
nWhat You’ll Do
nConduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
nSupervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
nProvide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
nMonitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
nComplete clinical documentation and treatment reports in a timely manner
nEnsure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards
nWhat We’re Looking For
nActive BCBA certification (required)
nNJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for NJ licensure
nExperience working with children on the autism spectrum
nStrong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
nComfortable with a flexible, part-time caseload
nExperience with insurance-based ABA services is a plus
