Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Lawn & Garden and/or Agricultural industry strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in written form.
- An understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
- Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
Tractor Central offers a generous compensation package, including:
- This role is salary plus commission, $55,000 - $75,000
