Eagle Chevrolet GMC is looking for a Parts Department Manager to join our team! This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage a small parts team while supporting our entire Service Department to ensure our vehicles and customers are taken care of efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in automotive parts management preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of GM parts systems a plus, or general dealership/parts experience
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team while working hands‑on with parts operations
• Excellent communication skills with staff, vendors, and service advisors
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated

Responsibilities:

• Manage all parts department operations, including ordering, inventory control, and pricing
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supply efficiently
• Support Service Department with parts needed for repairs, warranty work, and maintenance
• Lead and coach the parts team, ensuring accurate and timely parts delivery
• Coordinate wholesale parts sales and manage margins
• Ensure accurate records, reporting, and adherence to dealership and GM standards

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, standard dealership hours
• Salary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience
