Parts Coordinator- tech’s in the field support parts through Zendesk and parts que, orders that come in from our portal, process the orders in stock, post the orders, order parts from other branches, vendor, OEM supply, produce purchase orders, close out purchas orders, drop ship for the part to be mailed, keep up with the tracking, closer PSR orders, verify delivery, update or change pricing, add freight charges. Use reports to monitor mistakes and record keeping, send order for picking and stocking. Report on how many po’s we have open on what we need to look for and delivery status.
