Partnerships and Proposals Manager

Managing client relationships and developing strategic proposals, the full-time Manager, Partnerships and Proposals will create compelling sponsorship proposals, oversee program execution, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the development of customized sponsorship proposals and supporting materials to drive new business Serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsor accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and program support Manage the execution of sponsorship programs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or partnership role, preferably in media, publishing, education, or sponsorship Proven track record of proposal writing and managing client accounts through a full cycle Experience with budget management for sponsored programs valued between $50K-$1M Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of client-facing work preferred Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
