Seeking a full-time remote Partnerships & Influencer Marketer, the first hire in this role will manage influencer, creator, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition, negotiate deals, and turn creator relationships into performance media. Key responsibilities Build and manage the influencer and creator pipeline, negotiating terms and maintaining relationships to ensure high acquisition performance Own affiliate and performance partnerships, sourcing and structuring deals that drive measurable acquisition outcomes Utilize data to assess performance, optimize deals, and create a scalable playbook for future partnerships Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance-partnership marketing at a consumer startup, preferably in fintech Proven track record of negotiating deals that drive measurable acquisition, not just reach Strong understanding of how creator content translates into paid media, including whitelisting and Spark Ads Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on CPA reports and incrementality readouts Experience in building partnerships or influencer functions from the ground up is a plus
