Partnership Development Manager

Driving business development activities for Latin America, the full-time Partnership Development Lead will focus on building multi-million, multi-year funding partnerships with corporates, foundations, and governments, while working remotely to manage a portfolio of opportunities and secure critical funding for community-led initiatives. Key responsibilities Build and manage a targeted list of major corporate, foundation, and development finance institution prospects in Latin America Design tailored proposals that align partner goals with ChangeX's models and represent ChangeX in relevant conversations and events Oversee the entire partnership cycle from prospecting to negotiation, ensuring a smooth handover to the Impact team post-signing Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in partnership development with a proven track record of originating and closing multi-million partnerships Established network and experience raising significant funds specifically for Central America and Latin America Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to represent ChangeX to senior stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to community-driven social or environmental change Willingness to travel as needed for relationship-building and events
