As a Senior Associate, your role is to turn analytical insights into actionable business outcomes for some of the world’s largest companies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and work with clients from shop floor to C‑suite to implement solutions.
- Support rapid, sustainable results in areas such as process improvement, supply chain optimization, and back‑office transformation.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and partners to refine and deliver high‑impact strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in the natural resources industry.
- Analytics experience including Excel and quantitative analysis.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from approximately $68,300 to $220,400, varying by location, role, skills, and experience.
