To support the Channel Sales department, the remote Partner Support Associate will provide daily sales and partner support, assist in ISO onboarding processes, and manage communication with channel partners in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Provide daily sales support for ISO Partner Managers, including contract management and pipeline updates Assist in the onboarding of partners and manage partner inquiries and documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliance and enhance partner experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team or B2B sales, preferably in the MCA/short-term lending space Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals Strong organizational and time-management skills
