Partner Support Analyst

Working in a hybrid capacity from either Orlando or Salt Lake City, the Partner Support Analyst will manage client expectations, coordinate tasks and activities, and ensure successful customer management through effective communication and collaboration with internal departments, clients, and vendors. Key responsibilities Initiates, plans, executes, and completes tasks effectively while adhering to service level agreements Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors and assists with peer mentoring Reports on performance metrics and participates in the development of standard processes and best practices Required qualifications 0-2 years of technical experience in help desk support, software configuration, or related fields Knowledge of general benefits, payroll, and human resource compliance information Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
