Driving flawless partner integrations, the full-time Partner Success Engineer will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for technical partner success, ensuring API reliability and optimizing production processes in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for technical partner success, managing onboarding and production optimization Ensure API reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs across all external data feeds and integrations Establish proactive monitoring and automated alerting for data product health to preemptively resolve integration issues Required qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on partner engineering or external API integration Deep expertise with REST/gRPC APIs, HTTP protocols, and authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0 Proven experience as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise partners on complex integrations Strong background in distributed systems and high-throughput event streaming architectures Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
