To support the growth of partner networks, the full-time Partner Programs Manager will manage program launches, drive revenue generation, and ensure partner and merchant satisfaction in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate new and existing partner program launches, ensuring merchant activation Drive increased consumer loan volume by enhancing the use of GreenSky's solutions among partners and merchants Engage proactively to prevent partner or merchant attrition and conduct regular program reviews Required qualifications BA/BS degree or similar 3-5+ years of sales and/or relationship management experience, preferably in channel sales or partner program management Proven track record of success in a quota-bearing position Experience with Salesforce.com Availability to work outside of normal hours to interact with partners and merchants across time zones
