From developing proprietary monitoring technology to linking arms with other industry leaders to strengthen our operations, we have a storied history of doing what's needed to serve our customers well.The Partner Operations Coordinator interacts directly with customers and vendors via phone and email to address service-related inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate service changes, and provide day-to-day operational support. Working closely with Customer Service teams, this position helps ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong vendor relationships and delivering timely, effective solutions.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinate customer-facing service changes such as openings, closings, and transitions to minimize disruption and ensure continuity.Coordinate day-to-day service changes and provide operational support to customers and vendors through timely communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.Manage hauler/vendor relationships across the full service lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, failures, and ongoing expectations management.Lead hauler sourcing, bid processes, renewals, and contract management, ensuring agreements remain current, competitive, and aligned with service needs.Ensure vendor compliance with contracts, SLAs, pricing agreements, and payment terms, including monitoring adherence and enforcing standards.Oversee service performance management through audits, scorecards, failure tracking, and reporting on service gaps and vendor accountability.Manage invoice processing, disputes, and cost recovery, ensuring pricing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cash flow through collections.Drive operational and financial optimization initiatives, including rightsizing, savings opportunities, and service cost reduction strategies.Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, communications, and vendor records to support compliance and operational consistency.What You'll Bring to the Table:High School degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience considered1–3 years of experience in customer service, vendor management, operations, or a related field is requiredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite — Excel, Word, and Outlook requiredExperience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce a plus)Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce a plus)Prior experience in waste management, facilities, or field services is preferredExperience managing vendor relationships, contracts, or service agreements preferredWhat's Good to Know:Onsite position located in Victor, NYSchedule Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pmFrequent interaction with internal and external customersFast-paced environment requiring strong problem solving capabilitiesWhat We Bring to the Table:Competitive CompensationAnnual Bonus Plan at Every LevelContinuous Learning and Development Opportunities401(k) Retirement Savings with Company Match; Immediate VestingMedical & Dental InsuranceVision Insurance (Company Paid)Life Insurance (Company Paid)Short-term & Long-term Disability (Company Paid)Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings AccountsPaid Time Off (PTO), Including Birthday Off, Community Volunteer Hours, and a Friday Off in the Summer7 Paid HolidaysAt Waste Harmonics Keter, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
