Partner Now Assist Program Manager (Remote)Location: Austin, TXDuration: 2 monthsThis is a remote position.Duties:Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated program manager to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Partner Success Team in efforts to accelerate the scale the success of our partner ecosystem. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow biggest priorities – Generative AI.
Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the status and operations of customer adoption engagements and establishing a centralized process for cross-functional teams on partner-led engagementsOrchestrating program execution, coordinating resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and managing cross functional stakeholdersDeveloping and reporting key metrics around partner engagement with accounts that have purchased and implemented Now AssistCreating presentations, playbooks, and other deliverables that summarize key findings, recommendations, and go-forward strategyBuilding processes, templates, training artifacts, internal KBs, and SOPs for program execution and reporting for internal operational stakeholdersExecuting change management initiatives to ensure successful cross-organizational adoption of new processesDeveloping and implementing processes for capturing feedback, learnings, and enhancements identified during customer engagementsHiring Manager Notes:Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role?
