Agents and ISOs refer merchants to Flux through the partner portal. You recruit those partners, get them productive, and keep their book growing: you are their single point of contact.
What you will do
- Recruit agents, ISOs, and referral partners
- Onboard partners into the partner portal and train them on positioning
- Track each partner's referred merchants from application to live processing
- Own partner economics and keep payouts clean and on time
What we are looking for
- Experience in payments partner channels, or strong channel sales elsewhere
- You understand how ISOs and agents think about residuals and service
- Organized: many relationships, nothing dropped
- Based in the US
- Full-time, remote within the US
- HQ in Dover, Delaware
- Early-stage: your work ships and matters
