Prominent law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join their Newark NJ office. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Must be admitted in New Jersey. Prior experience supervising junior associates is desired.
A small portable book of business is required.
Qualifications:
- 8+years of experience assisting with the defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits.
- Experience with pre-trial discovery.
- Working knowledge of various federal employment statutes, ordinances and executive orders.
- Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
- Excellent academic credentials, legal research, drafting and writing ability, and analytical and verbal communication skills are required.

Base Salary 200k-275k+
