Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its office in Newport Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action claims, as well as advising and counseling on related issues. This position is open to both remote and hybrid candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle single-plaintiff employment matters, including FEHA and wage & hour claims.
- Manage class action cases, including wage & hour and PAGA claims.
- Advise and counsel clients on employment-related issues.
- Engage in direct client interaction and manage complex legal matters.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Labor & Employment Litigation.
- Ability to manage both single-plaintiff and class action cases.
- Strong advisory and counseling skills in employment law.
Education & Certifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
