What you’ll do
As an Audit Partner, you’ll:
- Lead the firm’s assurance practice and strategic growth initiatives
- Serve as Engagement Partner on complex audit engagements
- Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships
- Advise executive leadership on accounting, governance, and risk matters
- Maintain the highest standards of audit quality and professional excellence
- Develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship
- Drive business development and market expansion
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
- Foster a culture focused on integrity, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Active CPA license
- 12+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Extensive experience leading audit engagements
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting
- Proven success in business development and practice growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Passion for developing talent and building high‑performing teams
Preferred
- Existing client relationships or book of business
- Experience serving public companies
- Cross‑border business experience
