Partner Incentives Lead

As a Partner Incentives Lead on the Google Cloud Global Partner Programs team, you'll help manage the ongoing operation of a portfolio of key incentive programs. In this role, you will answer strategic and operational questions in a highly collaborative way, think strategically about products, operations, and program challenges, and drive tactical execution of initiatives and process improvement to operate at scale. You will communicate, craft a clear and compelling narrative backed with data, bring structure and insight to problems, and build something new at Google Cloud as part of a close-knit and supportive team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for all aspects of Incentives execution and operations, and understand the end-to-end flow, portfolio performance, and program health. Leverage insights, develop execution efficiencies, and deliver experiences to our Partners and Customers.
  • Be accountable for high quality, compliant end-to-end program Optimization, Instrumentation for the operational processes, calculation and payment supporting your program, and helping influence the design of the program.
  • Partner with business, data scientists, product managers, legal, and finance to identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity, and present executive level business recommendations for incentives execution and calculation.
  • Support business operations activities such as business reviews and executive briefings on the status of the Incentive performance.
