Aikido is seeking its first Partner Enablement Manager to design and systemize enablement content that turns partners into active selling machines. You will create (co)-brandable kits, bite-sized learning pills, and onboarding playbooks to accelerate pipeline growth.
As a hands-on builder, you will own metrics like activated sellers and win rates, while distributing enablement without hand-holding. Based in Ghent HQ or Chicago HQ, you’ll shape fast-moving partner programs.
