To support the growth of a partner network, the remote Partner Development Coordinator will source, interview, and educate new service partners while providing ongoing support to existing partners in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Fulfill new owner requests for on-the-ground service partners to support activation goals Conduct online research and cold calls to identify and source local service companies Document activities in Salesforce and respond to partner inquiries in a timely manner Required qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred Strong online research skills and ability to manage competing priorities Enthusiasm for the vacation rental industry and working in a fast-paced environment Proven organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to embrace change in a high-growth environment
