Driving delivery transformation and enablement programs, the full-time remote Partner Delivery Success Manager will engage with major Global System Integrators to enhance partner delivery practices and build strategic relationships across the Americas region. Key responsibilities Lead strategic engagement with partners to drive delivery excellence and transform practices at a programmatic level Champion the adoption of modern delivery approaches and support partners in achieving delivery health Design and lead enablement programs to up-skill partner teams, embedding best practices into their methodologies Required qualifications Demonstrable experience in delivery success, partner engagement, or strategic enablement within enterprise technology environments Proven background with large System Integrators or Consulting organizations, understanding enterprise delivery methodologies Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change at scale while maintaining a high-level perspective International experience and comfort working across multiple countries and cultures
