Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Partner Customer Reference & Success Story Manager will turn enterprise deployments into impactful co-marketing content by managing editorial processes, coordinating customer interviews, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage agency deliverables by editing raw transcripts and shaping narratives into compelling customer and partner success stories Lead reference capture campaigns at major enterprise events, coordinating on-site interviews and producing polished marketing collateral Partner with Field Marketing and other teams to secure customer approvals and maintain a centralized library of partner references for sales enablement Required qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Advocacy, Reference Marketing, or Editorial Content within enterprise B2B tech Exceptional copyediting and writing skills with a strong focus on narrative structure and technical accuracy Proven experience managing external creative agencies and maintaining quality standards Experience leveraging customer interviews at large-scale tech conferences for post-event reference assets
