Partner – Defense Litigation General Liability

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

A respected practice is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Partner to join its growing General Liability team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished litigator looking to handle sophisticated defense matters, mentor attorneys, and contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative practice.

What We're Looking For

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong background in defense and general liability litigation
• Experience handling premises liability, bodily injury, construction defect, transportation, products liability, or similar matters
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending mediations, and appearing in court
• Trial experience is highly preferred
• Strong client management and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
• Mentor and support junior attorneys
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice growth
