Job Description Job Description About the Role: Jennifer Gwozdz MD PA is looking for a passionate and skilled part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing practice in Houston, TX. Part-Time Evening Hours:
5:00pm - 7:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and care management strategies
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological therapies
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current Texas RN and APRN licensure in good standing
• Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a physician-led practice
