Providing exceptional service as the first point of contact for 401(k) plan participants, the full-time hourly Participant Services Representative will manage inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with account navigation and retirement plan details in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries regarding 401(k) plan details, investment options, and account access Guide participants through online account registration and troubleshoot login issues Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and resolve participant issues efficiently Required qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or retirement plans High school diploma or GED required; additional education in finance or business is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications Understanding of retirement plan concepts is preferred Ability to adapt to changing procedures and technologies in a fast-paced environment
