Participant Marketing Coordinator

Assisting in the coordination of clinical trial recruitment marketing activities, the full-time remote Participant Marketing Coordinator will create newsletters, manage social media campaigns, and ensure compliance with study protocols while supporting the successful recruitment of clinical trial participants. Key responsibilities: Create and execute newsletters and marketing materials for participant advertising Prepare and optimize social media calendars and manage paid advertising campaigns Track budgets, respond to participant inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer service Required qualifications: High School Diploma completed 1 year of related experience in marketing or community management Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite and experience with social media marketing tools Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
