You're a licensed Psychologist orClinicalSocial Worker witha passionfor serving olderadults and those withcomplex mentalhealthneeds.Youthrive inanindependent, flexible environment andaremotivated bypurpose, empathy, andprogress.

Your Role
As aTherapist at PGS, you will delivercompassionatepsychiatriccare to residents in skilled nursingandlong-termcaresettings. You will work autonomously whilestayingconnectedto a robust clinical and administrativesupport team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provideindividual and family counseling to patients
•Coordinate care and consult with facilityteams(Administrator, Director of Nursing, SocialServices)
•Adhereto state andfederal clinicalguidelines and PGSprotocols
•Educatestaff andsupport holistic,patient-centered care
•Maintainclear,timelydocumentation

Requirements
•State licensure as aPsychologist or Clinical Social Worker (MD, DC, VA, PA, orNJrequired)
•Monday-Fridayavailability duringnormalbusinesshours
•Ability to standfor 20 minutesandlift upto 15 pounds
